Trixie’s
Hello everyone, this is Trixie and here is her story…….
Trixie was brought into the Animal Medical Hospital here in Dickson by her owner of three years. She had a serious injury to her left hind leg and was in severe pain. The owners requested that Trixie be euthanized. She hadn’t done anything wrong, they simply didn’t want to pay for her surgery. So Trixie was abandoned by her family without a second thought.
Dr. Wojnarowski and his wonderful staff knew this was not fair to Trixie. A special surgeon was called in and she was quickly taken into surgery. The Doc and staff made it their mission to give Trixie a second chance at life. It has been two weeks since her operation and she is recovering nicely. Trixie has been such a trooper and has stolen the hearts of everyone she has met.

Story
When we were contacted about Trixie and heard her story, we were so impressed that this vet and staff had made the decision to spare her life. We are honored to help Trixie by caring for her during her recovery and ultimately finding her a wonderful forever home.
We are so grateful to Dr. Wojnarowski, his staff, and the surgeon who all provided their medical care at a discounted rate. Trixie has already received donations from people she met while at the Animal Hospital, however Trixie’s balance is still $400.00.
If you would like to make a donation to Trixie’s Vet expenses, see the info below.
Any amount helps, even $5.00. If 40 people donate $10.00 we will reach our goal!
